it's hard to sum yourself up in a few short paragraphs (especially when you're chatty like me) so let's just hit the basics:
1st and foremost, i value the relationships i build with my clients.
i believe that success comes from partnership and collaboration. understanding the value of reputation, word of mouth is HUGE and you often only get one chance to make a good impression (whether you're meeting someone for the first time or prepping your house for its mls debut). this is a large part of why i take pride in what i do and the experience i provide.
after over a decade of working in retail sales management i chose to pursue a career in real estate. with a background in administration and project management i have a very solid understanding of and appreciate for contracts, regulations, systems, and structure.

now in my 8th year in real estate, i have experience in the majority of the areas of real estate, including residential resale, condominium sales, commercial sales, leasing, new home sales, and pre-construction. my meticulousness and attention to detail leave nothing overlooked or left behind. from marketing to listing and selling, negotiations to client care coordination, transaction management and more, i pride myself on providing an exceptional experience for my clients.
my entrepreneurial nature and strong interpersonal skills provide me with a keen understanding of the importance of proper pricing and valuation, as well as knowing how to execute smart business administration without sacrificing client service.
in my spare time i enjoy hiking through hamilton’s conservation areas and the bruce trail with my dog daisy and fishing with my husband and our two boys. in the summer months i also enjoy helping out on our farm, where we operate a small produce market. having lived in the GHA for over a decade now, i simply couldn't imagine my life anywhere else!
